I'm looking for Ebon Spider Legs for the collector in Druid's Overlook.

I'm also looking for Ancient Eyes for the Ventari's Refuge collector.

Any thoughts on where best to farm for these items?

Haven't farmed for those items, but most items can be found in the same area as the collector.

Doing the Wilds mission, you face lots of Spiders and Storm Kin, which drop what you need. Also the quests from Ventari's and Druids such as Blood & Smoke, Eye for Profit, Mysterious Message, take you through big-time spider and storm kin territory.

If you keep adventuring southwest into the jungle, you will also find the collector for the leggings, who takes jungle troll tusks. Lots of spiders, storm kin, and trolls on the way there too.
